Humble ("we", "us") is a voice-first dating app. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can get it deleted. Short version: we collect only what makes matching and safety work, we never sell your data, and account deletion is one tap away in the app.

What we collect

Where it's stored

Photos, selfies, and voice messages live in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Your account and match data lives in a Postgres database hosted on Railway, in the United States.

Who we share it with

We share verification selfies with AWS Rekognition solely to run the face-similarity check — Amazon does not retain them for any other purpose under our processing agreement. We do not share your data with ad networks, and we do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile and messages for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account inside the app — this immediately queues removal of every photo, selfie, and voice message you've sent, followed by full erasure of your account row and everything linked to it (matches, messages, reports you filed). Deletion typically completes within minutes and is never delayed past 30 days.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove photos, and delete your account at any time in the app. If you'd rather we handle it manually, email us and we'll take care of it.
